- Brexpiprazole

- Bupropion
- Bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets (XL) are an aminoketone antidepressant, indicated for: treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) (1.1) prevention of seasonal affective disorder (SAD) ( 1.2) 1.1 Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) Bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets (XL) are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD), as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM). The efficacy of the immediate-release formulation of bupropion was established in two 4-week controlled inpatient trials and one 6-week controlled outpatient trial of adult patients with MDD.
- Citalopram
- Citalopram tablets are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults [see Clinical Studies ( 14 )] . Citalopram is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults ( 1 ) .
- Desvenlafaxine
- PRISTIQ is indicated for the treatment of adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) [see Clinical Studies (14) ] . PRISTIQ is a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) indicated for the treatment of adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) ( 1 ).
- Duloxetine

- Escitalopram

- Esketamine
- SPRAVATO is indicated for the treatment of: Treatment-resistant depression (TRD) in adults as monotherapy or in conjunction with an oral antidepressant Depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) with acute suicidal ideation or behavior in conjunction with an oral antidepressant SPRAVATO is a non-competitive N -methyl D -aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonist indicated for the treatment of: Treatment-resistant depression (TRD) in adults, as monotherapy or in conjunction with an oral antidepressant. ( 1 ) Depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) with acute suicidal ideation or behavior in conjunction with an oral antidepressant.
- Fluoxetine
- Fluoxetine is indicated for the treatment of: Acute and maintenance treatment of Major Depressive Disorder [see Clinical Studies (14.1) ] . Acute and maintenance treatment of obsessions and compulsions in patients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) [see Clinical Studies (14.2) ] .
- Gepirone
- EXXUA is indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults. EXXUA is indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults ( 1 ).
- Levomilnacipran
- FETZIMA ® is indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults [see Clinical Studies ( 14 )]. Limitation of Use: FETZIMA is not approved for the management of fibromyalgia.
- Mirtazapine
- Mirtazapine tablets are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults [see Clinical Studies (14) ]. Mirtazapine tablets are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults.
- Oxalate
- Escitalopram oxalate is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) indicated for: Acute and Maintenance Treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) in adults and adolescents aged 12 to 17 years (1.1) Acute Treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) in adults (1.2) 1.1 Major Depressive Disorder Escitalopram tablets are indicated for the acute and maintenance treatment of major depressive disorder in adults and in adolescents 12 to 17 years of age [see Clinical Studies (14.1) ] . A major depressive episode (DSM-IV) implies a prominent and relatively persistent (nearly every day for at least 2 weeks) depressed or dysphoric mood that usually interferes with daily functioning, and includes at least five of the following nine symptoms: depressed mood, loss of interest in usual activities, significant change in weight and/or appetite, insomnia or hypersomnia, psychomotor agitation or retardation, increased fatigue, feelings of guilt or worthlessness, slowed thinking or impaired concentration, a suicide attempt or suicidal ideation.
- Paroxetine

- Sertraline
- Major Depressive Disorder – Sertraline hydrochloride is indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder in adults. The efficacy of Sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment of a major depressive episode was established in six to eight week controlled trials of adult outpatients whose diagnoses corresponded most closely to the DSM-III category of major depressive disorder (see Clinical Trials under CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY ).
- Tranylcypromine
- Tranylcypromine tablets are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adult patients who have not responded adequately to other antidepressants. Tranylcypromine tablets are not indicated for the initial treatment of MDD due to the potential for serious adverse reactions and drug interactions, and the need for dietary restrictions [see Contraindications (4) , Warnings and Precautions (5) , and Drug Interactions (7) ] .
- Trazodone
- Trazodone is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) ( 1 ). Trazodone hydrochloride tablets are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults.
- Venlafaxine
- Venlafaxine tablets, USP are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder. The efficacy of venlafaxine tablets, USP in the treatment of major depressive disorder was established in 6 week controlled trials of adult outpatients whose diagnoses corresponded most closely to the DSM-III or DSM-III-R category of major depression and in a 4 week controlled trial of inpatients meeting diagnostic criteria for major depression with melancholia (see CLINICAL TRIALS ).
- Vilazodone
- Vilazodone hydrochloride tablets are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults [see Clinical Studies (14)]. Vilazodone hydrochloride tablets are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults (1).
- Vortioxetine
- TRINTELLIX is indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults. TRINTELLIX is indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults ( 1 , 14 ).
