  • Almotriptan
    • Almotriptan tablets are a 5HT 1B/1D receptor agonist (triptan) indicated for: • Acute treatment of migraine attacks in adults with a history of migraine with or without aura ( 1.1 ) • Acute treatment of migraine headache pain in adolescents age 12 to 17 years with a history of migraine with or without aura, and who have migraine attacks usually lasting 4 hours or more ( 1.1 ) Important Limitations: • Use only after a clear diagnosis of migraine has been established ( 1.2 ) • In adolescents age 12 to 17 years, efficacy of almotriptan tablets on migraine-associated symptoms was not established ( 1.2 ) • Not intended for the prophylactic therapy of migraine ( 1.2 ) • Not indicated for the treatment of cluster headache ( 1.2 ) 1.1 Acute Treatment of Migraine Attacks Adults Almotriptan tablets (almotriptan malate) are indicated for the acute treatment of migraine attacks in patients with a history of migraine with or without aura. Adolescents Age 12 to 17 Years Almotriptan tablets are indicated for the acute treatment of migraine headache pain in patients with a history of migraine attacks with or without aura usually lasting 4 hours or more (when untreated).
  • Atogepant
    • QULIPTA is indicated for the preventive treatment of migraine in adults. QULIPTA is a calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor antagonist indicated for the preventive treatment of migraine in adults.
  • Benzoate
    • MAXALT ® and MAXALT-MLT ® are indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults and in pediatric patients 6 to 17 years old. Limitations of Use MAXALT should only be used where a clear diagnosis of migraine has been established.
  • Calcium Phosphate
    • USES For the temporary relief of minor migraine headache pain, headache pain with nausea, headache due to simple nervous tension
  • Dihydroergotamine
    • Dihydroergotamine Mesylate Injection is indicated for the acute treatment of migraine headaches with or without aura and the acute treatment of cluster headache episodes.
  • Eletriptan
    • Eletriptan hydrobromide tablets are indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults. Limitations of Use: Use only if a clear diagnosis of migraine has been established.
  • Eptinezumab
    • VYEPTI is indicated for the preventive treatment of migraine in adults.
  • Erenumab
    • AIMOVIG is indicated for the preventive treatment of migraine in adults. AIMOVIG is a calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor antagonist indicated for the preventive treatment of migraine in adults.
  • Ergotamine
    • Ergomar ® is indicated as therapy to abort or prevent vascular headache, e.g., migraine, migraine variants or so-called "histaminic cephalalgia".
  • Fremanezumab
    • AJOVY is indicated for: the preventive treatment of migraine in adults, and the preventive treatment of episodic migraine in pediatric patients who are 6 to 17 years of age and who weigh 45 kg or more. AJOVY is a calcitonin gene-related peptide antagonist indicated for: the preventive treatment of migraine in adults, and the preventive treatment of episodic migraine in pediatric patients who are 6 to 17 years of age and who weigh 45 kg or more.
  • Frovatriptan
    • Frovatriptan succinate tablets are indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults. Limitations of Use • Use only if a clear diagnosis of migraine has been established.
  • Galcanezumab
    • EMGALITY ® is a calcitonin-gene related peptide antagonist indicated in adults for the: preventive treatment of migraine. ( 1.1 ) treatment of episodic cluster headache.
  • Lasmiditan
    • REYVOW ® is indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults. REYVOW ® is a serotonin (5-HT) 1F receptor agonist indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults.
  • Naratriptan
    • Naratriptan tablets are indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults. Limitations of Use: Use only if a clear diagnosis of migraine has been established.
  • Rimegepant
    • NURTEC ODT is a calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor antagonist indicated for the: acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults ( 1.1 ) preventive treatment of episodic migraine in adults ( 1.2 ) 1.1 Acute Treatment of Migraine NURTEC ODT is indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults . 1.2 Preventive Treatment of Episodic Migraine NURTEC ODT is indicated for the preventive treatment of episodic migraine in adults.
  • Rizatriptan
    • & USAGE Ri zatriptan benzoate tablets are indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults and in pediatric patients 6 to 17 years old. Limitations of Use • Rizatriptan benzoate tablets should only be used where a clear diagnosis of migraine has been established.
  • Sumatriptan
    • Sumatriptan Injection, USP is indicated in adults for (1) the acute treatment of migraine, with or without aura, and (2) the acute treatment of cluster headache. Limitations of Use: • Use only if a clear diagnosis of migraine or cluster headache has been established.
  • Topiramate
    • Topiramate is indicated for: Epilepsy: initial monotherapy for the treatment of partial-onset or primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures in patients 2 years of age and older (1.1); adjunctive therapy for the treatment of partial-onset seizures, primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures, or seizures associated with Lennox- Gastaut syndrome in patients 2 years of age and older (1.2) Preventive treatment of migraine in patients 12 years of age and older (1.3) 1.1 Monotherapy Epilepsy Topiramate tablets are indicated as initial monotherapy for the treatment of partial-onset or primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures in patients 2 years of age and older. 1.2 Adjunctive Therapy Epilepsy Topiramate tablets are indicated as adjunctive therapy for the treatment of partial-onset seizures, primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures, and seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome in patients 2 years of age and older.
  • Ubrogepant
    • UBRELVY is indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults. Limitations of Use UBRELVY is not indicated for the preventive treatment of migraine.
  • Zavegepant
    • ZAVZPRET is indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults. Limitations of Use ZAVZPRET is not indicated for the preventive treatment of migraine.
  • Zolmitriptan
    • ZOLMITRIPTAN NASAL SPRAY is indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older. Limitations of Use Only use ZOLMITRIPTAN NASAL SPRAY if a clear diagnosis of migraine has been established.
