GET
/api/v1/condition/multiple-sclerosisReference index only. Each drug below carries an FDA-labeled indication that maps to G35 via a conservative crosswalk. This is not a treatment recommendation, a formulary, or a statement that any listed drug is appropriate for any patient — and the crosswalk is deliberately precision-biased, so absence does not mean a drug is not indicated.
Drugs labeled for Multiple sclerosis (21)
- Baclofen
- Baclofen tablets, USP are useful for the alleviation of signs and symptoms of spasticity resulting from multiple sclerosis, particularly for the relief of flexor spasms and concomitant pain, clonus, and muscular rigidity. Patients should have reversible spasticity so that baclofen treatment will aid in restoring residual function.

- Cladribine tablets are indicated for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), to include relapsing-remitting disease and active secondary progressive disease in adults. Because of its safety profile, use of cladribine tablets is generally recommended for patients who have had an inadequate response to, or are unable to tolerate, an alternate drug indicated for the treatment of MS [ see Warnings and Precautions (5) ].
- Dalfampridine
- Dalfampridine extended-release tablets are indicated as a treatment to improve walking in adult patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). This was demonstrated by an increase in walking speed [see Clinical Studies (14) ].
- Dantrolene
- In Chronic Spasticity: Dantrolene sodium is indicated in controlling the manifestations of clinical spasticity resulting from upper motor neuron disorders (e.g., spinal cord injury, stroke, cerebral palsy, or multiple sclerosis). It is of particular benefit to the patient whose functional rehabilitation has been retarded by the sequelae of spasticity.

Glatopa is indicated for the treatment of relapsing-forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), to include clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease, in adults ( 1 ).
- Interferon Beta-1a
- REBIF is indicated for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), to include clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease, in adults. - Mitoxantrone
- Mitoxantrone injection, USP (concentrate) is indicated for reducing neurologic disability and/or the frequency of clinical relapses in patients with secondary (chronic) progressive, progressive relapsing, or worsening relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (i.e., patients whose neurologic status is significantly abnormal between relapses). Mitoxantrone injection, USP (concentrate) is not indicated in the treatment of patients with primary progressive multiple sclerosis.
- Monomethyl Fumarate
- BAFIERTAM is indicated for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), to include clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease, in adults.
