Reference index only. Each drug below carries an FDA-labeled indication that maps to I82.90 via a conservative crosswalk. This is not a treatment recommendation, a formulary, or a statement that any listed drug is appropriate for any patient — and the crosswalk is deliberately precision-biased, so absence does not mean a drug is not indicated.

Drugs labeled for Venous thromboembolism (2)

  • Dalteparin
    • FRAGMIN is a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) indicated for • Prophylaxis of ischemic complications of unstable angina and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction ( 1.1 ) • Prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in abdominal surgery, hip replacement surgery or medical patients with severely restricted mobility during acute illness ( 1.2 ) • Extended treatment of symptomatic venous thromboembolism (VTE) to reduce the recurrence in adult patients with cancer. In these patients, the FRAGMIN therapy begins with the initial VTE treatment and continues for six months ( 1.3 ) • Treatment of symptomatic venous thromboembolism (VTE) to reduce the recurrence in pediatric patients from birth (gestational age at least 35 weeks) ( 1.4 ) • Limitations of Use FRAGMIN is not indicated for the acute treatment of VTE ( 1.5 ) 1.1 Prophylaxis of Ischemic Complications in Unstable Angina and Non-Q-Wave Myocardial Infarction FRAGMIN Injection is indicated for the prophylaxis of ischemic complications in unstable angina and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction, when concurrently administered with aspirin therapy [see Clinical Studies (14.1) ] .
  • Rivaroxaban
    • XARELTO is a factor Xa inhibitor indicated: to reduce risk of stroke and systemic embolism in nonvalvular atrial fibrillation ( 1.1 ) for treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) ( 1.2 ) for treatment of pulmonary embolism (PE) ( 1.3 ) for reduction in the risk of recurrence of DVT or PE ( 1.4 ) for the prophylaxis of DVT, which may lead to PE in patients undergoing knee or hip replacement surgery ( 1.5 ) for prophylaxis of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in acutely ill medical patients ( 1.6 ) to reduce the risk of major cardiovascular events in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) ( 1.7 ) to reduce the risk of major thrombotic vascular events in patients with peripheral artery disease (PAD), including patients after recent lower extremity revascularization due to symptomatic PAD ( 1.8 ) for treatment of VTE and reduction in the risk of recurrent VTE in pediatric patients from birth to less than 18 years ( 1.9 ) for thromboprophylaxis in pediatric patients 2 years and older with congenital heart disease after the Fontan procedure ( 1.10 ) 1.1 Reduction of Risk of Stroke and Systemic Embolism in Nonvalvular Atrial Fibrillation XARELTO is indicated to reduce the risk of stroke an…

Conditions most often co-labeled across the same drug set. Ranked by Jaccard similarity over drug-id sets — pure data-derived co-occurrence, not a clinical relationship.

Note. Conditions map FDA-labeled indications to ICD-10-CM concepts. Listing a drug under a condition reflects a labeled use only — it is NOT a treatment recommendation, formulary, or clinical guidance.
