- Abrocitinib
- CIBINQO is indicated for the treatment of adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older with refractory, moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis whose disease is not adequately controlled with other systemic drug products, including biologics, or when use of those therapies is inadvisable. CIBINQO is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older with refractory, moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis whose disease is not adequately controlled with other systemic drug products, including biologics, or when use of those therapies is inadvisable.
- Butyrate
- Hydrocortisone Butyrate Lotion is indicated for the topical treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in patients 3 months of age and older. Hydrocortisone Butyrate Lotion is a corticosteroid indicated for the topical treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in patients 3 months of age and older.
- Crisaborole
- EUCRISA is indicated for topical treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in adult and pediatric patients 3 months of age and older. EUCRISA is a phosphodiesterase 4 inhibitor indicated for topical treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in adult and pediatric patients 3 months of age and older.
- Dexamethasone
- A l l ergic States: Control of severe or incapacitating a llergic conditions intractable to adequate trials of conventional treatment in asthma, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, drug hypersensitivity reactions, perennial or seasonal allergic rhinitis, and serum sickness. Dermatologic Diseases: Bul l ous dermatitis herpetiformis, exfoliative erythroderma, mycosis fungoides, pemphigus, and severe erythema multiforme (Stevens-Johnson syndrome).
- Difamilast
- & USAGE ADQUEY is indicated for the topical treatment of adults and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older with mild to moderate atopic dermatitis. ADQUEY is a phosphodiesterase 4 inhibitor indicated for the topical treatment of adults and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older with mild to moderate atopic dermatitis.
- Dupilumab
- DUPIXENT is an interleukin-4 receptor alpha antagonist indicated: Atopic Dermatitis for the treatment of adult and pediatric patients aged 6 months and older with moderate-to-severe AD whose disease is not adequately controlled with topical prescription therapies or when those therapies are not advisable. DUPIXENT can be used with or without topical corticosteroids.
- Iodoquinol
- Based on a review of a related drug by the National Research Council and subsequent FDA classification for that drug, the indications are as follows: “Possibly” Effective: Contact or atopic dermatitis; impetiginized eczema; nummular eczema; endogenous chronic infectious dermatitis; stasis dermatitis; pyoderma; nuchal eczema and chronic eczematoid otitis externa; acne urticata; localized or disseminated neurodermatitis; lichen simplex chronicus; anogenital pruritus (vulvae, scroti, ani); folliculitis; bacterial dermatoses; mycotic dermatoses such as tinea (capitis, cruris, corporis, pedis); moniliasis; intertrigo. Final classification of the less-than-effective indications requires further investigation.
- Lebrikizumab
- EBGLYSS is indicated for the treatment of adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older who weigh at least 40 kg with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis whose disease is not adequately controlled with topical prescription therapies or when those therapies are not advisable. EBGLYSS can be used with or without topical corticosteroids.
- Nemolizumab
- NEMLUVIO is an interleukin-31 receptor antagonist indicated for: Prurigo Nodularis The treatment of adults with prurigo nodularis. ( 1.1 ) Atopic Dermatitis The treatment of adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis in combination with topical corticosteroids and/or calcineurin inhibitors when the disease is not adequately controlled with topical prescription therapies.
- Pimecrolimus
- Pimecrolimus Cream, 1% is indicated as second-line therapy for the short-term and non-continuous chronic treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in non-immunocompromised adults and children 2 years of age and older, who have failed to respond adequately to other topical prescription treatments, or when those treatments are not advisable. Pimecrolimus Cream, 1% is not indicated for use in children less than 2 years of age [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1) , Use in Specific Populations (8.4) ] .
- Ruxolitinib
- OPZELURA is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor indicated for: the topical short-term and non-continuous chronic treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in non-immunocompromised adult and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older whose disease is not adequately controlled with topical prescription therapies or when those therapies are not advisable. ( 1.1 ) the topical treatment of nonsegmental vitiligo in adult and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older.
- Sodium Succinate
- When oral therapy is not feasible, and the strength, dosage form, and route of administration of the drug reasonably lend the preparation to the treatment of the condition, the intravenous or intramuscular use of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate for Injection is indicated as follows: Allergic states Control of severe or incapacitating allergic conditions intractable to adequate trials of conventional treatment in asthma, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, drug hypersensitivity reactions, serum sickness, transfusion reactions. Dermatologic diseases Bullous dermatitis herpetiformis, exfoliative erythroderma, mycosis fungoides, pemphigus, severe erythema multiforme (Stevens-Johnson syndrome).
- Tapinarof
- VTAMA cream, 1% is an aryl hydrocarbon receptor agonist indicated for: the topical treatment of plaque psoriasis in adults. ( 1.1 ) the topical treatment of atopic dermatitis in adults and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older.
- Tralokinumab
- ADBRY is indicated for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older whose disease is not adequately controlled with topical prescription therapies or when those therapies are not advisable. ADBRY can be used with or without topical corticosteroids.
- Zinc Bromide
- PSORIZIDE ® ULTRA is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe eczema, atopic dermatitis, seborrhea and seborrheic dermatitis. It has been found to work well with variety of combination therapies.
