- Abatacept
- ORENCIA is a selective T cell costimulation modulator indicated for: • the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA). (1.1) • the treatment of patients 2 years of age and older with moderately to severely active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pJIA).
- Adalimumab
- Adalimumab-aacf is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for: Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) ( 1.1 ): reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with moderately to severely active RA. Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) ( 1.2 ): reducing signs and symptoms of moderately to severely active polyarticular JIA in patients 2 years of age and older.
- Anakinra
- KINERET is an interleukin-1 receptor antagonist indicated for: Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) Reduction in signs and symptoms and slowing the progression of structural damage in moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis, in patients 18 years of age or older who have failed 1 or more disease modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) ( 1.1 ) Cryopyrin-Associated Periodic Syndromes (CAPS) Treatment of Neonatal-Onset Multisystem Inflammatory Disease (NOMID) ( 1.2 ) Deficiency of Interleukin-1 Receptor Antagonist (DIRA) Treatment of Deficiency of Interleukin-1 Receptor Antagonist (DIRA) ( 1.3 ) 1.1 Active Rheumatoid Arthritis KINERET is indicated for the reduction in signs and symptoms and slowing the progression of structural damage in moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA), in patients 18 years of age or older who have failed 1 or more disease modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs). KINERET can be used alone or in combination with DMARDs other than Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) blocking agents [see Warnings and Precautions ( 5.2 )].
- Auranofin
- RIDAURA (auranofin) is indicated in the management of adults with active classical or definite rheumatoid arthritis (ARA criteria) who have had an insufficient therapeutic response to, or are intolerant of, an adequate trial of full doses of one or more nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. RIDAURA should be added to a comprehensive baseline program, including non-drug therapies.
- Azathioprine
- Azathioprine tablets, USP are indicated as an adjunct for the prevention of rejection in renal homotransplantation. It is also indicated for the management of active rheumatoid arthritis to reduce signs and symptoms.
- Celecoxib
- 1. INDICATIONS AND USAGE Celecoxib is indicated Celecoxib is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug indicated for: Osteoarthritis (OA) ( 1.1 ) Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) ( 1.2 ) Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (JRA) in patients 2 years and older ( 1.3 ) Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) ( 1.4 ) Acute Pain (AP) ( 1.5 ) Primary Dysmenorrhea (PD) ( 1.6 ) 1.1 Osteoarthritis For the management of the signs and symptoms of OA [ see Clinical Studies (14.1) ].
- Certolizumab Pegol
- CIMZIA is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for: Reducing signs and symptoms of Crohn's disease and maintaining clinical response in adult patients with moderately to severely active disease who have had an inadequate response to conventional therapy ( 1.1 ) Treatment of adults with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis ( 1.2 ) Treatment of active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pJIA) in patients 2 years of age and older ( 1.3 ) Treatment of adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis. ( 1.4 ) Treatment of adults with active ankylosing spondylitis ( 1.5 ) Treatment of adults with active non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis with objective signs of inflammation ( 1.6 ) Treatment of adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy ( 1.7 ) 1.1 Crohn's Disease CIMZIA is indicated for reducing signs and symptoms of Crohn's disease and maintaining clinical response in adult patients with moderately to severely active disease who have had an inadequate response to conventional therapy.
- Etanercept
- Enbrel is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for the treatment of: Adult patients with: Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) ( 1.1 ) Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) ( 1.3 ) Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) ( 1.4 ) Plaque Psoriasis (PsO) ( 1.5 ) Pediatric patients with: Polyarticular Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (pJIA), 2 years of age or older ( 1.2 ) Juvenile Psoriatic Arthritis, 2 years of age or older (JPsA) ( 1.6 ) Plaque Psoriasis, 4 years of age or older ( 1.5 ) 1.1 Rheumatoid Arthritis Enbrel is indicated for reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Enbrel can be initiated in combination with methotrexate (MTX) or used alone.
- Fenoprofen
- Fenoprofen calcium is indicated for: • Relief of mild to moderate pain in adults • Relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis • Relief of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis Fenoprofen calcium is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug indicated for: • Relief of mild to moderate pain in adults. ( 1 ) • Relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.
- Golimumab
- SIMPONI ARIA is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for the treatment of: Adult patients with moderately to severely active Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) in combination with methotrexate ( 1.1 ) Active Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) in patients 2 years of age and older ( 1.2 ) Adult patients with active Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) ( 1.3 ) Active polyarticular Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (pJIA) in patients 2 years of age and older ( 1.4 ) 1.1 Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) SIMPONI ARIA, in combination with methotrexate (MTX), is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis. 1.2 Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) SIMPONI ARIA is indicated for the treatment of active psoriatic arthritis in patients 2 years of age and older.

- Leflunomide
- Leflunomide Tablets, USP are indicated for the treatment of adults with active rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Leflunomide tablets are a pyrimidine synthesis inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adults with active rheumatoid arthritis.
- Meloxicam
- Meloxicam tablet USP is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug indicated for: Osteoarthritis (OA) ( 1.1 ) Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) ( 1.2 ) Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (JRA) in patients who weigh ≥60 kg ( 1.3 ) 1.1 Osteoarthritis (OA Meloxicam tablets USP are indicated for relief of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis [see Clinical Studies ( 14.1 )] . 1.2 Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) Meloxicam tablets USP are indicated for relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis [see Clinical Studies ( 14.1 )] .
- Methotrexate
- Methotrexate tablets are a diydrofolate reductase inhibitor indicated for the: • Treatment of adults and pediatric patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) as part of a combination chemotherapy maintenance regimen (1.1) • Treatment of adults with mycosis fungoides (1.1) • Treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma as part of a metronomic combination regimen (1.1) • Treatment of adults with rheumatoid arthritis (1.2) • Treatment of pediatric patients with polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pJIA) (1.3) • Treatment of adults with severe psoriasis (1.4) 1.1 Neoplastic Diseases Methotrexate tablets are indicated for the: • treatment of adults and pediatric patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) as part of a combination chemotherapy maintenance regimen • treatment of adults with mycosis fungoides (cutaneous T-cell lymphoma) as a single agent or as part of a combination chemotherapy regimen • treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphomas as part of a metronomic combination chemotherapy regimen 1.2 Rheumatoid Arthritis Methotrexate tablets are indicated for the treatment of adults with rheumatoid arthritis.
- Naproxen
- Naproxen tablets and naproxen sodium tablets are indicated for: the relief of the signs and symptoms of: • rheumatoid arthritis • osteoarthritis • ankylosing spondylitis • Polyarticular Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis Naproxen tablets and naproxen sodium tablets are also indicated for: the relief of signs and symptoms of: • tendonitis • bursitis • acute gout the management of: • pain • primary dysmenorrhea Naproxen tablets and naproxen sodium tablets are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs indicated for: the relief of the signs and symptoms of: • rheumatoid arthritis • osteoarthritis • ankylosing spondylitis • polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis Naproxen tablets and naproxen sodium tablets are also indicated for: the relief of signs and symptoms of: • tendonitis • bursitis • acute gout the management of: • pain • primary dysmenorrhea
- Oxaprozin
- Oxaprozin tablets are indicated: For relief of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis For relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis For relief of the signs and symptoms of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
- Penicillamine
- Penicillamine capsules are indicated in the treatment of Wilson's disease, cystinuria, and in patients with severe, active rheumatoid arthritis who have failed to respond to an adequate trial of conventional therapy. Available evidence suggests that penicillamine capsules are not of value in ankylosing spondylitis.
- Piroxicam
- Piroxicam capsules are indicated: • For relief of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis. • For relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.
- Sarilumab
- KEVZARA ® is an interleukin-6 (IL-6) receptor antagonist indicated for treatment of: adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs). ( 1.1 ) adult patients with polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) who have had an inadequate response to corticosteroids or who cannot tolerate corticosteroid taper.
- Tocilizumab
- TOFIDENCE™ (tocilizumab-bavi) is an interleukin-6 (IL-6) receptor antagonist indicated for treatment of: Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) ( 1.1 ) Adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis who have had an inadequate response to one or more Disease-Modifying Anti-Rheumatic Drugs (DMARDs). Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA) ( 1.2 ) Adult patients with giant cell arteritis.
- Tofacitinib
- Tofacitinib is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor indicated for: Rheumatoid Arthritis: Tofacitinib extended-release tablets are indicated for the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Limitations of Use: Use of tofacitinib extended-release tablets in combination with biologic DMARDs or potent immunosuppressants such as azathioprine and cyclosporine is not recommended.
- Upadacitinib
- RINVOQ/RINVOQ LQ is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor. RINVOQ is indicated for the treatment of adults with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers.
