- Acitretin
- Acitretin Capsules, USP are indicated for the treatment of severe psoriasis in adults. Because of significant adverse effects associated with its use, Acitretin Capsules, USP should be prescribed only by those knowledgeable in the systemic use of retinoids.
- Apremilast
- OTEZLA/OTEZLA XR, an inhibitor of phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4), is indicated for the treatment of: Adult patients with: Active psoriatic arthritis ( 1.1 ) Plaque psoriasis who are candidates for phototherapy or systemic therapy ( 1.2 ) Oral ulcers associated with Behçet's Disease ( 1.3 ) Pediatric patients 6 years of age and older with: Active psoriatic arthritis ( 1.1 ) Moderate to severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for phototherapy or systemic therapy ( 1.2 ) In the pediatric population, OTEZLA is indicated for patients weighing at least 20 kg, and OTEZLA XR is indicated for patients weighing at least 50 kg. 1.1 Psoriatic Arthritis OTEZLA is indicated for the treatment of adult patients and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older and weighing at least 20 kg with active psoriatic arthritis.
- Bimekizumab
- BIMZELX is a humanized interleukin-17A and F antagonist indicated for the treatment of: Moderate to severe plaque psoriasis (PSO) in adults who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. ( 1.1 ) Adults with active psoriatic arthritis (PsA) .
- Brodalumab
- SILIQ ® (brodalumab) is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in adult patients who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy and have failed to respond or have lost response to other systemic therapies. SILIQ is a human interleukin-17 receptor A (IL-17RA) antagonist indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in adult patients who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy and have failed to respond or have lost response to other systemic therapies.
- Calcipotriene
- Calcipotriene ointment USP, 0.005%, is indicated for the treatment of plaque psoriasis in adults. The safety and effectiveness of topical calcipotriene in dermatoses other than psoriasis have not been established.
- Certolizumab Pegol
- CIMZIA is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for: Reducing signs and symptoms of Crohn's disease and maintaining clinical response in adult patients with moderately to severely active disease who have had an inadequate response to conventional therapy ( 1.1 ) Treatment of adults with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis ( 1.2 ) Treatment of active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pJIA) in patients 2 years of age and older ( 1.3 ) Treatment of adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis. ( 1.4 ) Treatment of adults with active ankylosing spondylitis ( 1.5 ) Treatment of adults with active non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis with objective signs of inflammation ( 1.6 ) Treatment of adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy ( 1.7 ) 1.1 Crohn's Disease CIMZIA is indicated for reducing signs and symptoms of Crohn's disease and maintaining clinical response in adult patients with moderately to severely active disease who have had an inadequate response to conventional therapy.

- Deucravacitinib
- SOTYKTU is a tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) inhibitor indicated for: • the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis in adults who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. ( 1.1 ) Limitations of Use : Not recommended for use in combination with other potent immunosuppressants.
- Etanercept
- Enbrel is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for the treatment of: Adult patients with: Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) ( 1.1 ) Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) ( 1.3 ) Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) ( 1.4 ) Plaque Psoriasis (PsO) ( 1.5 ) Pediatric patients with: Polyarticular Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (pJIA), 2 years of age or older ( 1.2 ) Juvenile Psoriatic Arthritis, 2 years of age or older (JPsA) ( 1.6 ) Plaque Psoriasis, 4 years of age or older ( 1.5 ) 1.1 Rheumatoid Arthritis Enbrel is indicated for reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Enbrel can be initiated in combination with methotrexate (MTX) or used alone.
- Guselkumab
- TREMFYA is an interleukin-23 antagonist indicated for the treatment of: adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older who also weigh at least 40 kg with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis and who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. ( 1.1 ) adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older who also weigh at least 40 kg with active psoriatic arthritis.
- Hydrocortisone
- Uses • temporarily relieves itching associated with minor skin irritations, inflammation, and rashes due to: • eczema • psoriasis • poison ivy, oak, sumac • insect bites • detergents • jewelry • cosmetics • soaps • seborrheic dermatitis • temporarily relieves external anal and genital itching • other uses of this product should only be under the advice and supervision of a doctor
- Icotrokinra
- ICOTYDE is indicated for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older who weigh at least 40 kg who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. ICOTYDE is an interleukin-23 (IL-23) receptor antagonist indicated for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older who weigh at least 40 kg who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy.
- Ixekizumab
- TALTZ ® is a humanized interleukin-17A antagonist indicated for the treatment of: patients aged 6 years or older with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. ( 1.1 ) adults with active psoriatic arthritis.
- Methotrexate
- Methotrexate tablets are a diydrofolate reductase inhibitor indicated for the: • Treatment of adults and pediatric patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) as part of a combination chemotherapy maintenance regimen (1.1) • Treatment of adults with mycosis fungoides (1.1) • Treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma as part of a metronomic combination regimen (1.1) • Treatment of adults with rheumatoid arthritis (1.2) • Treatment of pediatric patients with polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pJIA) (1.3) • Treatment of adults with severe psoriasis (1.4) 1.1 Neoplastic Diseases Methotrexate tablets are indicated for the: • treatment of adults and pediatric patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) as part of a combination chemotherapy maintenance regimen • treatment of adults with mycosis fungoides (cutaneous T-cell lymphoma) as a single agent or as part of a combination chemotherapy regimen • treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphomas as part of a metronomic combination chemotherapy regimen 1.2 Rheumatoid Arthritis Methotrexate tablets are indicated for the treatment of adults with rheumatoid arthritis.
- Nickel Sulfate
- PSORIZIDE ® Forte is indicated for the treatment of contact dermatitis due to nickel (metal/jewelry allergy,) dyshidrotic hand/foot eczema, and mild to severe psoriasis. It has been found to work well with a variety of combination therapies.
- Risankizumab
- SKYRIZI is an interleukin-23 antagonist indicated for the treatment of: moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis in adults who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. ( 1.1 ) active psoriatic arthritis in adults.
- Secukinumab
- COSENTYX is a human interleukin-17A antagonist indicated for the treatment of: moderate to severe plaque psoriasis (PsO) in adults and pediatric patients 6 years and older who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. ( 1.1 ) active psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in adults and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older.
- Spesolimab
- SPEVIGO is indicated for the treatment of generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older and weighing at least 40 kg. SPEVIGO is an interleukin-36 receptor antagonist indicated for the treatment of generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older and weighing at least 40 kg.
- Tapinarof
- VTAMA cream, 1% is an aryl hydrocarbon receptor agonist indicated for: the topical treatment of plaque psoriasis in adults. ( 1.1 ) the topical treatment of atopic dermatitis in adults and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older.
- Tazarotene
- TAZORAC ® Cream 0.05% and 0.1% is a retinoid indicated for the topical treatment of plaque psoriasis. ( 1.1 ) TAZORAC Cream 0.1% is indicated for the topical treatment of acne vulgaris.
- Tildrakizumab
- ILUMYA ® is indicated for the treatment of adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. ILUMYA is an interleukin-23 antagonist indicated for the treatment of adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy.
- Urea
- For debridement and promotion of normal healing of hyperkeratotic surface lesions, particularly where healing is retarded by local infection, necrotic tissue, fibrinous or purulent debris or eschar. Urea is useful for the treatment of hyperkeratotic conditions such as dry, rough skin, dermatitis, psoriasis, xerosis, ichthyosis, eczema, keratosis pilaris, keratosis palmaris, keratoderma, corns and calluses, as well as damaged, ingrown and devitalized nails.
- Ustekinumab
- YESINTEK is a human interleukin-12 and -23 antagonist indicated for the treatment of: Adult patients with: moderate to severe plaque psoriasis (PsO) who are candidates for phototherapy or systemic therapy. ( 1.1 ) active psoriatic arthritis (PsA) .
