Sourced from openFDADirections For max absorption dissolve under tongue. Can be chewed and swallowed. Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours Children 4 to 11 years: 1-2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours For Children under 4 years, consult your health professional.
