- ALECENSA is a kinase inhibitor indicated for: adjuvant treatment in adult patients following tumor resection of anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (tumors ≥ 4 cm or node positive) as detected by an FDA-approved test. ( 1.1 ) treatment of adult patients with ALK-positive metastatic NSCLC as detected by an FDA-approved test.
- Amivantamab
- RYBREVANT is a bispecific EGF receptor-directed and MET receptor-directed antibody indicated: in combination with lazertinib for the first-line treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 19 deletions or exon 21 L858R substitution mutations, as detected by an FDA-approved test. - TECENTRIQ is a programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) blocking antibody indicated: Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) as adjuvant treatment following resection and platinum-based chemotherapy for adult patients with Stage II to IIIA NSCLC whose tumors have PD-L1 expression on ≥ 1% of tumor cells, as determined by an FDA-authorized test. - Datopotamab Deruxtecan
- DATROWAY is a Trop-2-directed antibody and topoisomerase inhibitor conjugate indicated for the treatment of: adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have received prior EGFR-directed therapy and platinum-based chemotherapy. ( 1.1 ) This indication is approved under accelerated approval based on objective response rate and duration of response [see Clinical Studies (14.1) ] .

- ENSACOVE is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)as detected by an FDA-approved test [see Dosage and Administration ( 2.1 )] who have not previously received an ALK-inhibitor. ENSACOVE is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) as detected by an FDA-approved test who have not previously received an ALK-inhibitor.
- Entrectinib
- ROZLYTREK is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of: Adult patients with ROS1- positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) as detected by an FDA-approved test. ( 1.1 ) Adult and pediatric patients older than 1 month of age with solid tumors that: have a neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase ( NTRK) gene fusion, as detected by an FDA-approved test without a known acquired resistance mutation, are metastatic or where surgical resection is likely to result in severe morbidity, and have progressed following treatment or have no satisfactory alternative therapy.
- Erlotinib
- Erlotinib tablet is a kinase inhibitor indicated for: The treatment of patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors have epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 19 deletions or exon 21 (L858R) substitution mutations as detected by an FDA-approved test receiving first-line, maintenance, or second or greater line treatment after progression following at least one prior chemotherapy regimen ( 1.1 ) First-line treatment of patients with locally advanced, unrespectable or metastatic pancreatic cancer, in combination with gemcitabine. ( 1.2 ) Limitations of Use: Safety and efficacy of erlotinib tablets have not been established in patients with NSCLC whose tumors have other EGFR mutations.
- Etoposide
- Etoposide Injection is indicated in the management of the following neoplasms: Refractory Testicular Tumors Etoposide Injection in combination therapy with other approved chemotherapeutic agents in patients with refractory testicular tumors who have already received appropriate surgical, chemotherapeutic, and radiotherapeutic therapy. Small Cell Lung Cancer Etoposide Injection and/or capsules in combination with other approved chemotherapeutic agents as first line treatment in patients with small cell lung cancer.
- Gefitinib
- Gefitinib tablets are indicated for the first-line treatment of patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors have epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 19 deletions or exon 21 (L858R) substitution mutations as detected by an FDA-approved test [ see Clinical Studies (14) ]. Limitation of Use: Safety and efficacy of gefitinib tablets have not been established in patients with metastatic NSCLC whose tumors have EGFR mutations other than exon 19 deletions or exon 21 (L858R) substitution mutations [ see Clinical Studies (14) ].
- Lazertinib
- LAZCLUZE, in combination with amivantamab, is indicated for the first-line treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 19 deletions or exon 21 L858R substitution mutations, as detected by an FDA-approved test [see Dosage and Administration (2.1) ] . LAZCLUZE is a kinase inhibitor indicated in combination with amivantamab for the first-line treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 19 deletions or exon 21 L858R substitution mutations, as detected by an FDA-approved test.

- LORBRENA ® is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors are anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive as detected by an FDA-approved test. - Lurbinectedin
- ZEPZELCA is an alkylating drug indicated: • in combination with atezolizumab or atezolizumab and hyaluronidase-tqjs, for the maintenance treatment of adult patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer whose disease has not progressed after first-line induction therapy with atezolizumab or atezolizumab and hyaluronidase-tqjs, carboplatin and etoposide. ( 1.1 ) • For the treatment of adult patients with metastatic small cell lung cancer (SCLC) with disease progression on or after platinum-based chemotherapy.
- Osimertinib
- TAGRISSO is a kinase inhibitor indicated for: • adjuvant therapy after tumor resection in adult patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors have epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 19 deletions or exon 21 L858R mutations, as detected by an FDA-approved test. - Pralsetinib
- GAVRETO is a kinase inhibitor indicated for treatment of: Adult patients with metastatic rearranged during transfection (RET ) fusion-positive non-small cell lung cancer as detected by an FDA approved test (NSCLC).
