  • Cabazitaxel
    • JEVTANA ® is indicated in combination with prednisone for the treatment of patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer previously treated with a docetaxel-containing treatment regimen. JEVTANA is a microtubule inhibitor indicated in combination with prednisone for treatment of patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer previously treated with a docetaxel-containing treatment regimen.
  • Darolutamide
    • NUBEQA is an androgen receptor inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with: non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC). ( 1 ) metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC).
  • Degarelix
    • FIRMAGON ® is indicated for treatment of patients with advanced prostate cancer. FIRMAGON is a GnRH receptor antagonist indicated for treatment of patients with advanced prostate cancer.
  • Denosumab
    • Conexxence is a RANK ligand (RANKL) inhibitor indicated for treatment: of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis at high risk for fracture ( 1.1 ) to increase bone mass in men with osteoporosis at high risk for fracture ( 1.2 ) of glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis in men and women at high risk for fracture ( 1.3 ) to increase bone mass in men at high risk for fracture receiving androgen deprivation therapy for nonmetastatic prostate cancer ( 1.4 ) to increase bone mass in women at high risk for fracture receiving adjuvant aromatase inhibitor therapy for breast cancer ( 1.5 ) 1.1 Treatment of Postmenopausal Women with Osteoporosis at High Risk for Fracture Conexxence is indicated for the treatment of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis at high risk for fracture, defined as a history of osteoporotic fracture, or multiple risk factors for fracture; or patients who have failed or are intolerant to other available osteoporosis therapy. In postmenopausal women with osteoporosis, denosumab reduces the incidence of vertebral, nonvertebral, and hip fractures [see Clinical Studies ( 14.1 )].

  • Flotufolastat
    • POSLUMA is indicated for positron emission tomography (PET) of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) positive lesions in men with prostate cancer with suspected metastasis who are candidates for initial definitive therapy. with suspected recurrence based on elevated serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level.
  • Fluciclovine
    • Axumin is indicated for positron emission tomography (PET) in men with suspected prostate cancer recurrence based on elevated blood prostate specific antigen (PSA) levels following prior treatment. Axumin is a radioactive diagnostic agent indicated for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging in men with suspected prostate cancer recurrence based on elevated blood prostate specific antigen (PSA) levels following prior treatment ( 1 ).
  • Gozetotide
    • GOZELLIX, after radiolabeling with Ga 68, is indicated for positron emission tomography (PET) of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) positive lesions in men with prostate cancer: With suspected metastasis who are candidates for initial definitive therapy. With suspected recurrence based on elevated serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level.
  • Leuprolide
    • VABRINTY is indicated for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. VABRINTY is a gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist indicated for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer.
  • Nilutamide
    • Metastatic Prostate Cancer Nilutamide Tablets are indicated for use in combination with surgical castration for the treatment of metastatic prostate cancer (Stage D 2 ). For maximum benefit, treatment with Nilutamide Tablets must begin on the same day as or on the day after surgical castration.
  • Piflufolastat
    • PYLARIFY is indicated for positron emission tomography (PET) of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) positive lesions in men with prostate cancer: with suspected metastasis who are candidates for initial definitive therapy. with suspected recurrence based on elevated serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level.
  • Relugolix
    • ORGOVYX is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with advanced prostate cancer. ORGOVYX is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) receptor antagonist indicated for the treatment of adult patients with advanced prostate cancer ( 1 ).
  • Rucaparib
    • RUBRACA is a poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor indicated: Ovarian cancer for the maintenance treatment of adult patients with a deleterious BRCA mutation (germline and/or somatic)-associated recurrent epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who are in a complete or partial response to platinum-based chemotherapy.   • Sipuleucel-t

  • Tetraxetan
    • PLUVICTO is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-positive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) who have been treated with androgen receptor pathway inhibitor (ARPI) therapy, and are considered appropriate to delay taxane-based chemotherapy, or have received prior taxane-based chemotherapy.
